Video Highlights
I started doing professional video work in 2014 when I was a student employee at the University of Iowa. Since then, I have experienced working on a variety of projects ranging from commercials, interviews, short films, corporate videos, weddings, and reality TV shows. Here are a few videos that highlight some of my work from over the years. All of the videos shown here are projects where I played a significant role in the creation process, whether that be writing, shooting, editing, or a combination of these roles.
Blue Shark Ale House
This Blue Shark Ale House commercial was a fun video to make. By using nat sounds, dynamic transitions, camera movement, and fast-paced editing, it highlights the food, the drinks, and the environment in an engaging way.
Mighty Miles Promo
The Mighty Miles Promo drives viewers to watch the 6pm newscast to learn about the journey of Miles and his parents during his cancer diagnosis and treatment.
The music, editing, and script portray Miles as a hero and embrace the triumph of becoming cancer-free.

My non-commercial demo reel highlights a variety of video examples that were not intended for broadcast. These include documentary clips, short films, event coverage, a music video, and weddings.
Trailer for Shadow of a Sin (Short Film)
Shadow of a Sin is a short film that I co-wrote, helped produce, shot, and directed. This is one of the biggest short films I have worked on since graduating college and am eager to create more.
